Established in 1989 as Mountlands, Hello! Exmouth has become an award winning, independent business that now welcomes thousands of international students to Exmouth/Devon per year.
Since 2005, our new management has pushed to expand, explore and excel in the language travel industry. Now, we have a strong community of homestay hosts, a solid welfare team who aim to provide the best care to all of our juniors and a teaching team passionate about motivating learning & maximising confidence in all students. As of 2019, we decided to refresh our brand and Mountlands is now known as Hello! Exmouth.
We are open all year round, including bank holidays. We only shut for Christmas.

Based in the heart of Exmouth, our school is deep in the town centre and has the benefit of the train station only 5 minutes away. Our fresh and funky school design offers a fun environment for all visitors – even a Chesterfield for our group leaders to chill out on!
We enjoy a great range of local amenities which help make our activity programme fresh and engaging for all and a brilliant choice of bars & bistros for group leaders to explore.
Last but not least, we have a beautiful golden beach, just minutes from the school. All of our students get to visit the Jurassic Coast and experience what it’s like to live in a quintessentially British seaside town.
